History
Prayer Cathedral Orphanage
Home came about as a result of a tragic incident which occurred
during the civil war in Liberia, West Africa. This was founded by
Pastor Matu E. Nimely, a seasoned orphan and also founder of the
Healing Temple On The Rock Ministry International. His parents were
killed during the civil war in Monrovia, Liberia.
Miraculously, God saved the Man of God from
the hands of the rebels to carry out this divine assignment which
gave birth to (PCOH) on February 9, 2006.
Prayer Cathedral Orphanage Home, a non-profitable, non-governmental
and non-racial humanitarian Christian based foundation aims at providing
shelter, education, feeding, medication and scholarship for vulnerable
children, including youths and children with other social problems
affected by war.
PCOH Intend
PCOH intends to advocate the implementation of key principle as
essential elements for the eradication of war, proverty, ignorance,
hunger, deaseases and to carry on HID/AIDS awareness, and all other
vices that inhibit orphans and vulnerable children for proper development
and progression.

1. To direct the minds of children towards the fear of God
which is the beginning of wisdom.
2. T o secure, protect and restore hope to vulnerable children
through parental guide counselling.
3. To trace orphans and vulnerable children so as to arrange
home for their well-being and care.
4. To develop the minds of children to disengage from acts
such as gambling, stealing, and teenage sexual activities.
5. To provide primary and skilled training programs to empower
the restoration of self pride, dignity and a substainable
independent life.
